Thinking of a career switch and moving towards Agile & Scrum? Our basic trainings offers you the fundamentals of Agile & Scrum. The investments are low compared to other trainings in the market. We ask one day of your time, enthusiasm and a small fee to cover the costs for the location and lunch. We offer the following trainings according to this concept and these 3 trainings give you a solid foundation and understanding of Agile & Scrum:

If you are eager to learn more, we offer also a premium service the “BGST Academy”.
On top of your trainings we will offer you a 1 week internship at some of our customers, where you can see the Agile events in practice. In this week you can witness for example the following events: sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retro, PI planning or design sprints.
After this internship we can help you to find a job as free lance Scrum Master, Product Owner or Agile coach. When we find a job for you, we offer you on the job coaching for a period of 9 months. For finding a appropriate job for you, we team together with some very experienced and trustful recruiters.
Cost & Conditions
- We have strict rules for people how we offer the BGST Academy. The main entry criteria is that we trust each other and that you like us and that we like you 😉
- When we find a job for you, we ask €15 per hour for a period of 9 months.
- When you find your own job, we ask €5 per hour for a period of 9 months.
- When we can not find a job for you, you do not own us anything.
