Soap factory

Our experience is that training from PowerPoint slides is not very effective. In our trainings and workshops we focus on learning by doing. In our many years of training we found out that the soap factory is one of the most effective and fun way of explaining Agile working. In this workshop we will start a soap factory and we will try to make money by producing real soap. In this workshop you will learn to adapt your product on market needs.
